We have seen lots of Twitter apps for Windows Phone 7 including Seesmic, Birdsong and Official Twitter App. PhoneSocial+ is a new app which will read out tweets for you. The app in its first version will let you connect to your twitter network and it will read your tweets out loud for you, so you can concentrate on other stuff without missing important tweets in your timeline.

The free version lets you read out maximum of 50 tweets per day. A full version with more features and unlimited tweets is coming soon.
