Feed Reader is a nice RSS news reader for Windows Phone 7. Apart from getting your RSS feeds, it can read out the feeds for your in 5 languages. You can specify the language which you want the app to read the feeds for you. Apart from this, the app also has a Twitter app, which is very feature rich and an integrated Podcast app.
