Windows Mobile by default does not have an option to quickly restart or shutdown and you need to use the power key to do the same. QuickShutdown is a free tool developed by XDA Developers forum member and it allows users to easily shutdown, restart and also make Windows mobile sleep. All resolution are supported (for QVGA, the pictures are resized) and lanscape is as smooth as portrait.
The application also comes in different languages.
