RAM Sweeper is a free application to clean the max possible RAM in Windows Mobile. The app will kill everything except the processes that are included in the ramsweeper.txt file which is the white list. There are options provided to run any program with optional parameters after every RAM sweep. .NetFramework3.5 is needed for RAM Sweeper and it runs fine with all latest devices. For older devices we need to check using a task manager.
