ScreenCap is freeware for the Windows Mobile which allows you to capture a screen shot with whatever is currently on the Windows Mobile screen. For using screen cap you need to first start the screen cap and then start the program from which you need to capture the screen shot. When the particular screen arrives,you need to just press one of the buttons on the Windows Mobile.

The screen shot gets created on the My document directory in bmp version with the following naming  convention \MyDocument\captureX.bmp in which X gets increased each time the screen shot is taken.
