At the WPC09, Microsoft announced the availability of Technical Preview of Office 2010. Office 2010 comes with lots of improvements, new features including a web application suite which is a lower end version of the desktop apps. apart from these, there has been a major change in Office 2010 Mobile. Office 2010 Mobile is suite of applications for Windows Mobile powered devices.

There is not technical preview available for Office Mobile, but here are some of the improvements in Office Mobile;

• Full compatibility with the Open XML File Formats
• SmartArt Graphics for viewing documents and presentations
• Over-the-air sync for OneNote notebooks
• The ability to sync SharePoint content to the device
• Conversation style email. ( think threaded sms vs individual sms )
• Mobile document viewer.
