We have covered many free Twitter applications for Windows Mobile. Twit Today is a today screen widget for Windows Mobile allowing quick status updates for the Twitter social networking and micro-blogging service. Once installed, this adds a textbox to the Today screen of a Windows Mobile phone. To send a ‘tweet’, fill your text into the text box and hit ‘OK’.

You can set your username and password, from the options dialog for “Twit Today” from the Today screen control panel applet. This plugin is for touch screen phones running in Windows Mobile.
