Windows Mobile Outlook email allows you to add signatures to all outgoing emails similar to signatures in Outlook 2007. Most of the times emails sent from Windows Mobile devices might be short and it would be nice idea to add a short signature to all outgoing emails from your mobile. Adding a signature is simple process in Windows Mobile.
Create or change an Email signature;
1. Tap Start > Messaging, and then scroll to an Email account.
2. Tap Menu > Tools > Options.

3. Tap Signatures button.

4. In the Select an account field, select the name of the e-mail account, if it is not already selected. Check the box against “Use signature with this account” and you can enter the signature in the box below. You can also select the Use when replying and forwarding check box, if you want.

Once you are completed, click OK and all your outgoing emails from this account will have signature included.
