If you wanted to switch off or on the radio automatically at specified time, the RadioOff is a simple freeware for this. RadioOff is a simple Windows Mobile  application that will turn off the device’s communications radios at a set time, then turn them back on at another predetermined time.  The idea behind this is to turn off the cellular radio at night while you are sleep so the battery won’t drain as fast.

You need to have the .Net Compact Framework v1.0 installed. To use the application you need to copy the cab file to your device using ActiveSync and run the cab file locally on the device using the file manager.

Once this is done you can run RadioOff from the start menu. To use the application set the times you want the radio to turn off and on, then press the start button.
