Sony Ericsson updated its Windows Mobile panels SDK to version 1.0.5 and also added support for the OpenGL. The latest beta version of the Panels SDK has been released, and is available now to download free from the Sony Ericsson developer portal. This new SDK allows you to access the internal hardware graphics acceleration on the X1.

This new version of the SDK enables developers to add exciting 3D graphics to Xperia Panels by including a broad set of rendering, texture mapping, special effects and other powerful visualization functions.
