Free Translator is an application for iPhone which provides a mobile-optimized interface for Google Translate that makes it much quicker and easier to perform translations. Once Free Translator is launched you need to click on the source language then select a target language, from the choice of 32 languages. You can type in the words to be translated and then click on the translate button.

You even get the choice to email the translated text with a single click, making it ideal for writing to foreign friends, colleagues or customers quickly.

Since the translator is using Google translate, the results are fairly accurate, but not 100% correct. It does require an Internet connection to translate.
