Features of Toodo;

Geographically-based reminder notifications by tracking down the Android device location in real time
Contextually-based reminder notifications when the end-user switches his current context and that a todo matches with that context
Emission and reception of todos with a complete workflow to one or multiple recipients, via SMS. GTalk is not supported any more
Two-way synchronization of TooDo todos and categories with the tasks and lists of the “Remember the Milk” service
Two-way synchronization of TooDo todos and categories with the tasks and folders of the “Toodledo” service
