For people in US hoping to get an XPERIA for this Christmas, will have to wait for another month as release dates for XPERIA X1 is delayed further. Initially it was estimated to start shipping by Dec 8th and now the proposed dates are Jan 12th 2009, its not sure the exact reasons for delay. Best Buy has changed its online listing from “Pre-Order” to “Coming Soon,” and Sony Style is showing the estimated shipping date as January 12, 2009.
